Went to buy perfume and a toy and was told they had already shut all the tolls down even though the shop was still open!!!! Awful customer service and you lost out on £130!The sales associate was also very rude!!!

Is this called duty free because they put duty double on the stuff they’re offering. A scotch whisky which market prices are £25 to £29, their price are £39. That’s a joke.

£45 for a 2015 Penfolds Max’s Cabernets Sauvignon - average U.K. high street price £19.21£66 for Lagavulin 16 yr old - Costco price £33£78 for Laphroaig PX 1 ltr- £66 at Heathrow Duty FreeThis is an outrageously overpriced Duty free shop and you are ripping off customers who shop here. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had returned an item to another store in France, and hadn't had any luck with their actually actioning the return. This branch of Aelia at London City went above and beyond in helping me with the return and my reimbursement. I've never experienced such helpfulness!
