Phil is a hardworking, honest man. My family have put all our cars through him for decades and I come back even though I don't live close anymore. He'll talk your ear off but then he'll do the work with care and passion without ripping you off - I paid to have my car towed to him because the garage my car ended up at quoted me £900 for a job that Phil did happily for £600. He's a dependable, solid dude.

We started bringing our cars to Phil just recently and we are delighted with the service he is providing. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently and he is also a very friendly chap. Additionally we noticed that he keeps the price as reasonable as possible. It has been a very pleasant surprise to find this fabulous little business hidden away near the centre of Thetford.

Have been going to Abbey Garage since iv passed my test 14 years ago and will never go anywhere else! Phil is always there to help when needed and will fit you in whenever he can. Always at the end of the phone when you need him and has someone to recommend if he is unable to do the job. Great man, Great garage ... Couldn't recommend any higher!

Gem of a garage. Took my old merc for a noisy suspension to be investigated.Turned out was stones got into the springs. Looks like there is more work to be done, but Phil cant do it - has recommended a garage who can. No charge! Wouldn't accept anything. Will definitely get my servicing work for this car in the future.

Sorry to give 1 stars but called up and they charge to give estimates.They also wouldn't give me a price over the phone for work I wanted doing on my vehicle instead the owner said I had to take it to him on a Monday morning. With the busy schedule I have now I like garages that give prices over the phone.Shall not use this garage as seems odd. I asked for a price for brakes for my car as this had been advised by another garage and was told it may not be brakes?!
