I was at an event last night at the Ovo Hydro, I was taken to the medical centre after having a really bad anxiety attack, ( the man who took me along- Joe, was lovely) however…the medical centre staff (I didn’t get names) were pretty much useless, I was only offered a cup of water, no distractions to calm myself down, no sympathy.As a young girl (17) I thought this was ridiculous,, there isn’t much mental health support out there, so even someone to chat to would’ve been nice last night.I didn’t think there was any point me sitting there because they didn’t even speak to me.Pointless

Transport had to be arranged at 24 hours notice. The service was impeccable and so much care and attention was shown to my Aunt.

The service and attention provided by Jimmy and Alex the paramedics to my 90 year old mother was outstanding removing much of her anxiety whilst being taken for a catarac operation. I cannot praise them enough for their help and assistance.

From my first call to the safe delivery of my mum from Dumfries hospital to Leeds, Andrew was very helpful and gave me the confidence my 91 old mother would be in very safe hands. The ambulance arrived as promised and my mother was full of praise at how well she had been treated and delivered to her assisted flat. I was given a breakdown of timings with the crew calling me when they were 30 minutes away. The price was very reasonable and I have nothing but praise for the first class service. Would tell anyone looking for a private ambulance to use this service!

If tthis Mickey Mouse organization does not bother to come back with a quote Glasgow Royal Infirmary to Edinburgh Royal infirmary to Chelsea and Westminster hospital a pretty good expensive transfer within an hour would you put your life in this hand?
