Joli is a stunning salon with a welcoming team. I really enjoyed my visit where I had highlights expertly applied by Flo. I've been to so many salons and never been completely happy with my hair colour, Flo knew exactly what I wanted and what would work best for my hair. I'm so pleased to have finally found a talented colourist that truly listens. Thank you!

Note: Photos show hair 3 weeks after my appointment.I'm sorry to say, but highlights were a total disaster! Very chunky and unnatural; no toner offered/applied; colour applied a centimetre from the roots in places; and all applied haphazardly without sectioning my hair. On top of all else, the colourist dyed the top half much lighter than the ends, and although she rushed back over some of it, she did not correct all of it. When the latter issue was realised, the staff spoke to each other in a different language so that I couldn't understand what what going on, although I could sense their panic. I'm sorry to discredit them - they were friendly people - but it was truly a terrible experience.

Shout out to Luca who tamed my wild mane today, went from a caveman to well a younger looking caveman!No but honestly the team is lovely and friendly, I went in for a total change of style and they made me feel at ease. Luca did a really fantastic job of listening and translating the style I wanted.

I would highly recommend nail and hair removal treatments here!! Betty is absolutely lovely and does a great job on both manicures and pedicures and I have only had positive experiences regarding waxing and threading treatments. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be returning !

I go to Joli every single 3/4 weeks without fail - I get manicures, pedicures and haircuts! They’re run by the two loveliest owners, Ali & Betty! They’re super friendly, talented and they know what they’re doing. The prices are good and I’m always walking away super happy with whatever treatment I’m getting!
