I was suffering from chronic pain for 2 years after SI joint injury. I went through 2 rounds of physio therapy earlier but haven’t fully recovered. I was looking for someone who can help me to solve this and after just 2 month of training with Mehdi I completely forgot about all the pain. I feel much stronger and healthier. Also Mehdi keeps you super motivated and sessions are never boring!

I've trained with Mehdi for over 8 years and would highly recommend working with him to achieve your fitness goals or to rehabilitate any injuries.I initially booked a Rehab Program to help with a sore back following a fall on ice and after a couple of sessions of stretching/strength building I felt like I'd been given a new, proper-functioning body and a new lease of life!I really enjoyed these sessions with Mehdi and found them so beneficial, I signed up for regular Personal Training. I've never looked back!Mehdi tailors the training according to your needs and is flexible to change sessions due to life events or unexpected injuries. He has great knowledge of how the body works and how to make the most of each session.Over the years, I've had Plantar faciitis, a ruptured Bakers cyst and associated calf swelling, and the after effects of a fractured arm/ rotator cuff injury, and Mehdi has got me through each one.His support and assistance has got me through the difficult times and made me a stronger, healthier person.Thanks Mehdi.

i do not normally write reviews, but I really had to for this. Here is my honest review from personal experience.I had a previous back injury that resulted in microdisectomy eventually. I did not know where to start and how to work out safely without aggravating my symptoms. I had to look for a personal trainer who is not only professional but knowledgable about back issues and corrective exercises for people with previous injury to help me gain back my strength and confidence. After searching online for too long I came across Mehdi and let me tell you, I am beyond happy that I made the decision to reach out to him for help. I was assessed to address the issues I should be working on, like strengthening my back and losing weight which i found extremely helpful and effective in directing the training (unlike personal trainers who just tell you to jog on the treadmil and eat less!)Mehdi is a wonderful human being, extremely professional yet very friendly by constantly engaging with you and making you feel comfortable. He is a great listener and provides all his attention and guidance during the sessions.I have been training with him for a month now and I can say I already feel stronger and healthier! I was very afraid to exercise my body due to the fear of pain and lack of confidence, but he was very supportive and helped me to concur my fear and guided me to correct my methods of exercising. Needless to say he helped me monitor my nutrition for better results.If you are looking for someone professional to help you get in shape, guide you, give you corrective methods or work around your injury safely and effectively, trust me you will not regret the decision of signing up with Mehdi. I cannot stress it enough! :) I cannot wait to reach my target!

I started training with Mehdi in July 2021 - I was looking for someone who can help me with bringing me back to balance after severe ankle injury, help to tone my body and improve my overall fitness level.Whilst we are training together for 2 months only, I already see the results and progress, what keeps me motivated. Mehdi creates very friendly and supportive atmosphere in the PT sessions, what makes them not only productive, but also enjoyable.
