The Mobile Shop

Phone screen broke so I had to get it fixed, called for a free quotation, could just about understand them on the phone. Called in store next day, not the best customer service. Got the phone screen replaced and paid, worked fine however upon paying, they tried to charge me more than quoted over the phone. Got out of the shop, only using the phone twice to check time and suddenly the home button becomes very loose and rocks around... Turns out they took a gasket/seal out and didn't replace it.And auto brightness doest work , they must be used very cheap parts,Been to the shop about this and they were playing dumb, repeating what I was saying and said yes it's normal for the button to do that... Then saying bye as I was about to speak. I won't be going back there.the service and attention to detail from these people is awful.

Had a phone repaired here awhile ago. Wouldnt return. Didnt do a good job an when i went back to question he refused to fix it, give me any form of any money back an no warranty. £100 down the drain! Not much customer service. Havent bin since before lock down alot could have changer but my expierence wasnt the best.

my phone had a battery fault. I took there to repair.the next day they said it was ready and they charged me 50 quid. I got home and the phone was still faulty. unhappy The next day I went back to the shop and they agreed to fix it again. After a few days I collected my phone again and this time the speaker wasn't working and it still had that battery fault. very disappointed I went back again. I left it there for the third time. unbelievable they gave back to Me still faulty !! microphone not working and still battery issue. they don't want to refund me :( :(

Ignorant person picked up the phone. Was really rude and hung up on me. All I asked him was I want to sell a phone. Shows wat manners his parents taught him. Shame on u.

Needed to buy a new phone. I did a bit of research and found mobile shop. A lovely gentleman explained everything to me and it was really positive experience. I would definitely recommend that mobile shop

Recently, handed in my ASUS laptop to be repaired as I didn't know what was wrong with it. The service was quick , efficient and friendly. I received my laptop back within 2 days and it worked like new. I was also very happy with the price charged for it.I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to sort out laptops quickly or other devices at reasonable prices.Many thanks to the Mobile Shop. Will definately come back in the future.

absolutely shocking, whatever you do never go inside this shop. i arrived with my 8 plus asking if he could help me fit the screen part i already bought when i arrived home i noticed he changed my home button for a broken smashed one which wasn't mine. also my battery dies much more quicker and takes longer to charge. avoid going in here he could do the same to you.
