I had the greatest experience with Alcosa. Especially the instalment team. Richard and his co-worker, were so professional. They kept the site tidy and worked efficiently, showing brilliant craftsmanship.I was truly impressed and would defiantly recommend. A very pleasant experience with a hight end finish.

We had a wood burner fitted last November, absolutely delighted with it and just had a new chimney bird cowl fitted, nothing is to much trouble for Richard and Co, all very polite I would fully recommend Alcosa for a first class job.

Installed a new gas fire for us. Superb service from starting advice in the showroom to survey and onsite installation. Great team of workers who went the extra mile to ensure the job was to our satisfaction - even did some extras we were not expecting. Pleasant, reliable, efficient, tidy and great workmanship.

We have just had a Studio 2 Gas Burner fitted. An excellent job, no mess, no fuss & a friendly & professional service from start to finish.I can not recommend them highly enough.

Had a log burner installed by this firm about 10yrs ago. The whole process went smoothly and really pleased. Clearview stoves are worth the money.Will be moving to a different part of the country, so dropped in to their showroom, purely to have a look at the different makes/styles etc and get ideas for our new house.Someone came down from the office to help and we felt a bit awkward explaining that we had no intention of buying, but that didn't stop them from going through all the pros and cons of the various log burners and what to look out for when choosing an installer.Amazing service; totally selfless.Learnt so much. Had a chimney rebuilt and lined, awaiting the burner and fireplace to be fitted. So far so good, great workman ship, advice and very friendly..Had lots of problems after the initial install. Eventually sorted but was a pain.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend, although I am very happy with the fire and the fitters that installed it the sales experience wasn’t so good. I asked for a quote and with no site visit carried out I received an estimate this then led to an extra £300 added to the end bill without any prior notice. I feel strongly that better initial surveying would have made my experience better.
