The Escape room we did was in itself fun and engaging. Some of the props were showing signs of wear and tear but this happens. The puzzles were reasonably well thought out and intricate in places but not difficult. The major downside came with the staff of the venue, there was a distinct lack of enthusiasm with the game master seemingly unaware that we'd finished the game and let ourselves out into the hallway. He then met us and stated oh you're out" then turned and went back to reception without so much as a follow me. All in all a good escape room experience

Great little escape room, the rooms were more modern than i expected. The clues were quite clear and less complex. The team was very helpful in explaining and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Alcatraz was not worth the money at all as there was a fault with the electrics so we couldn’t escape (even though we solved the puzzle) . The iPad timer was also dodgy, we thought we had 10mins remaining but the man came into the room and said it was over and that there were faults with the timer as well!! We asked for a refund or another game but he said we couldn’t only email the manager. Nothing was mentioned at the brief about the electrics or the iPad timer. Not worth it! Go to escape live instead!

The staff and the rooms were 10/10! We arrived a little bit late for the last session of the day however we were still allowed our full hour and even a little extra at the end which was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back to take on the other rooms!

Great experience, it was a lot of fun. Staff helpful and friendly. We did the Bank Robber escape room, and will be back to do the others.Wasn't allowed phone in the escape room (for obvious reasons) so no photos to upload.There is on street parking for free outside

Enigmista was a really good escape room, very challenging. The woman with the grey durag provided excellent customer service and made our experience even more enjoyable.Place looks abit worn down but didnt take away from our overall experience

We did serial killer ish one didn't remember name room was okay although the handcuffs tightened really easy and hurt my wrist really bad. Atmosphere in the room could have been better and the torch thing made some of us feel kinda useless. No greeting from staff once we escaped, no congratulations or enthusiasm at all was just a nice get your stuff now leave. One of us knocked our drink over and pressed the panic button to alert a staff member we had 30 minutes left on our timer and nobody came in at all so if it was a real emergency I don't know what would have happened.

Well laid out, good story line. Options for full peaky blinders experience or a friendly approach.Took us a while to find everything, but the puzzles were quite straightforward.Enough to keep three of us busy.Cael was hospitable, gave good clues, sometimes unprompted when we missed something obvious, and willing to take lots of photos afterwards.Great experience, will be back :)And thanks for the Easter eggs!!
