Absolutely first class customer service from this company. I ordered two bands and one was slightly faulty. I emailed them to let them know and Gary responded almost immediately and sent out a replacement band the same day. I have given five stars as even though the band wasn’t quite perfect it is so very rare to get such excellent customer service. I will definitely be getting my watch straps from them in the future. Fantastic company. Thank you Gary!

Amazing customer service! Just as someone else here, I ordered the wrong size for one of the three bands. I wrote to the company and got an answer almost immediately. They agreed to ship the correct size. It took a bit more time for the order to arrive as I am in Bulgaria, but I received it in a couple of weeks. The bands are of excellent quality for their price. I ordered three of them for the price of one original apple band and I love them.

Made an order last week Friday morning paying £6.99 for 1st class Royal Mail post. Website advertises same day dispatch. My item was not dispatched till Monday 29th after sending an email asking about dispatch. My item has still not yet been received. Sent numerous emails asking for tracking and to where my item is; as tracking has not been provided but no response whatsoever. No contact number, nothing for support.First and last time purchasing anything from them. Do not advertise same day dispatch and 1st class delivery if you cannot adhere to your claims on website. This is a last resort writing a review as emails have not been responded to,

Quick delivery but the band itself was poor quality. Strap does not hold in place whilst wearing it so doesn’t feel safe. Shame I was hopeful to use them again.

Ordered a case for my new Apple Watch, came loved it! Great colour match and looked the part. Unfortunately it snapped out of the blue, however I emailed the company and explained the situation and I received a replacement within days! So appreciative of this & happy with my new case again :-) highly recommend, brilliant service, worth every penny!
