I'm really impressed with the dedication and passion Superbike Rental has towards their customer service. They made an amazing bucket list trip possible for me. Their team is very knowledgable of their bikes and gave a great crash course for anyone unfamiliar.I was able to return my bike a day later due to a triumph factory tour in Hinckley with no bother or extra fees or heartache.A very accommodating company of professionals and the utmost kindness.Thank you all at Superbike Rentals, I look forward to our next visit.Ayrton Balfour

Great guys to deal with! Slick experience- quick and easy to pick up and drop off the bike. Brilliant couple of days touring Norfolk and Suffolk. Already planning the same thing next year and thinking about which bike to rent from them next time.

Yamaha MT07My overall experience of hiring a Bike from these guy was damn good. Easy process, Trina was great to deal with throughout the booking stage.Very personable staff, can't remember the guy I dealt with once I arrive but he was great. Great interaction and nothing was too much trouble and all round just good conversation.Hired the MT07 for a weekend jaunt with a friend, I was considering buying one and glad that I took it out for a few days. They have a great selection of bikes that I'll probably just rent one for the occasional weekend away as it's priced so well for a weekend.All in all, a faultless service and would highly recommend.Thanks guys

Great service from the team, everything ready on time, took time to explain everything and the specifics of the bike (BMW 800 GT),Their bikes are in excellent condition and maintained at the dealers - the machine performed faultlessly over the 1500 miles I covered. 11 day trip through seven countries on a 2018 BMW GS1200. Bike was flawless and a pleasure to ride. I was considering buying a new GS but after this ride I want the 2018. Great company to work with!

My experience at Superbike rental was truly amazing. From my first email and subsequent phone calls, their team was amazing. I did not have high hopes of organising a bike trip in the UK on shot notice. I needn't have worried. They gave clear, concise instructions on how the process needed to go, were clear about initial costs and advised me how to gain the necessary paperwork.Their excellent customer service continued when I picked up and returned the bike, even helping me with an early drop-off and much needed coffee. They even assisted me in catching my return flight. A truly astounding team.I can't wait to return and this time choose a different bike to explore the UK.You won't regret using them.

I rented a Triumph Tiger 660 for my son in law visiting from Mexico. Bike came in excellent condition. The approximately 700 mile trip we did went without a hitch. Bike return was straightforward. Nobody tries to extract more money for supposed damage - (there wasn't any.). Only the extra mileage was charged for which was all made plain before hire. I was concerned at the potential for losing up to £3000 if the bike had been damaged and it would be nice if it was possible to insure for this amount although I understand why it isn't. If I want to try a bike out for an extended period or hire one again I will definitely be a return customer. All in all, a pleasant, no hassle experience.
