Paid £165 for a bag of dream girl hair it’s been washed once and is now like straw! Even after shampooing and mask treatment. The hair is clearly covered in a silicone when bought. The shedding is horrendous when brushing not worth the money, disappointed and feel ripped of massively, the lady in the shop said it was good hair

I purchased extensions and the staff member who served me was friendly and helpful. I'd never bought extensions before, and she could easily have guided me to a more expensive brand, but she recommended what she believed was the best option for me. Great service!

Amazing little shop filled with anything you need for your hair! From hair extensions, to wigs, to hair caps, hair lotions, masks.. staff was super nice, very friendly and knowledgeable, went beyond stretch to help me find something i needed.

The staff where amazing so polite and willing to help me with my extensions with the size I wantedBut was told they would last a minimum of 6 months to a year at most but they where unusable by the 3rd week of having them in they had gone matted frizzy an just looked awful you couldn’t get a brush or your fingers through itI used oils an a hair mask to try an help but in the end they where put in the bin. They where meant to be real human hair extensions but clearly that wasn’t the case with the money I had spent on them I wasn’t best pleased that it got wasted in 3 weeks

I went with my daughter yesterday. Told the woman what we were looking for and within 5 minutes she had colour matched perfectly after trying a couple of different blondes. My daughter walked out with her new extensions and everything else she needed, delighted.Both ladies were very professional and knew exactly what she needed, even when we didn't!Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great service and great product at great prices.

Absoutlely delighted with my extensions. Fast delivery, arrived the next day I was so happy. The lady I spoke to on the phone, who's name I didnt catch, was absoutlely lovely so thank you!! Very happy and will be shopping here again, try them out! ☆☆☆☆☆

I have really struggled to order 'Remi goddess Hair Extensions' in the past from various websites. I have had my money taken from scam websites and fake extensions arrive but then I found Rapunzel hair City. The staff seem really kind over the phone, they were reasonably priced and my delivery arrived the next day! I would definitely recommend this company.

Rude people. Got there at 5pm yesterday, the staff were in the shop seeing to a customer. I knocked on the door. They completely ignored me and my daughter. I wanted to buy a wig for £160. There loss as I will never go back there. Customer service is everything and costs nothing.

One particular staff member was very rude and blatantly lied to me. I asked for something and was just told they don’t sell it.However someone else brought the exact same thing a day before and brought it again after me.I think she just could not bothered serving anyone.I will never go there again.
