My experience with Brendan has been great. It’s been almost five years of coaching on movement, exercising and nutrition, adapting it to the different stages and situations I’ve been going through along these years.There’s a very nice community of people as well around him, of which I'm very happy to be part.First in person, and since I moved away, online, my sessions with Brendan are fundamental to keep up with a balanced life.
