Fitness & Sound with Amy

I love attending Amy’s Fitness Yoga classes, they provide the best of both worlds; building strength whilst providing a space to relax mind and body. Amy is a great teacher, she explains everything clearly and encourages each of us. I would highly recommend her classes.

Amy's classes are fantastic, her passion, enthusiasm and friendly nature make the classes so enjoyable even if they are challenging! I had no clue what I was doing on my first Barre Fitness class but I felt welcomed by Amy and the rest of the participants and could work at my own pace. I love going to my weekly Barre class so much so I now stay on for Clubbersise! If you want a friendly, enjoyable yet challenging class book with Amy!

I love Amy’s sound sessions! Since becoming a mum I have struggled to relax but these evenings really help me switch off and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Amy is welcoming, friendly and she really knows her stuff. I will definitely keep coming back!

Amazing! I would recommend this hour of luxury for anyone's wellbeing

I’ve attended Amy’s Clubbercsie class for some months and today tried her new Barre class. Both are great classes with different offerings but with Amy’s consistent attention to detail. Classes start on time and end on time (a really important factor for me as I rush between work and home commitments as many women do). Amy clearly explains exercises and comes with bags of enthusiasm, support and encouragement.The Clubberscise class is great and includes a play list of 90s club classics to more recent dance tunes. It’s a fun way to work up a sweat. The numbers are controlled so you won’t have to worry about being in an over packed exercise class, there is plenty of room to bust your moves to the tunes. The Barre class is more stretch and movement based. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely book on again. Why not try one of Amy’s classes, I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

The best work out I've ever done! I look forward to clubbercise each week, it's so easy to follow and fun. I don't even realise I've had a workout as it just feels like you are dancing in a club, but my Fitbit shows I've worked really hard! Absolutely love it, thank you Amy and Bonnie!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stretch and sound bath with Amy. Amy was so warm and welcoming, I felt a sense of calm in her presence. The setting was set up beautifully for a peaceful and harmonious session. I really enjoyed the stretches to help relax. I definitely dozed off during the sound bath and slept so well that evening and woke up the next day full of happy energy for the day ahead :) thank you Amy!
