Beautiful basket delivered same-day even though I ordered after midday. A good variety of flowers were included such as roses, daisy chrysanthemums, freesia and alstromeria. My relatives were really pleased to receive this sympathy gift.

I am nearly 50 and in all my years have never received such personal service and dedication to a floral service at such good prices than I have by Lucie at Harpur Centre Florist. She personally picked out my tree for me and sent it by truck to my house along with a personalised door wreath (shown below) at super reasonable prices....don't go ANYWHERE else, ask LUCIE first. I am so impressed she is now doing my wedding flowers and as I wanted dark pink Hydrangeas in January she is having them flown in from Columbia at no extra charge!!! Really impressed and super happy!!

I have been going there for a long time, the service was always decent, yet after today’s visit I have to say that it worsened a lot. The roses I got were completely disgusted and old, the wrap around them was so loose that the roses came out while carrying, and the the end, the roses were not cut, and looking like wooden sticks. I have wasted my money and I hope the service will improve or at least come back to decent as it was.

Thank you to Lucie and the team at Harpur Centre Florists. I chose the Gypsophila Package for my wedding day and asked for the bridal bouquet to be more unstructured, more free hand style with white flowers and foliage only and Wow! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I got so many compliments on them! If I’m ever in need of a florist again I would most definitely use you. Thanks again!

Lucie and her staff provided beautiful flowers for my Nana’s funeral. Very reasonably priced and so pretty. Communication with Lucie was great throughout as I organised the flowers and delivery to the funeral directors in Hitchin. During a very difficult time Lucie reassured me and kept me informed. I would highly recommend Harpur Centre Florists.

I visited on Thursday lunchtime to order some flowers for my daughters 30th birthday on the following Monday and arranged to pick them up on the Sunday afternoon so that I could deliver them the following morning. I paid for them on that day. On arrival I was told that there was nothing there for me and it must have been given to someone else. There was no possibility of arranging anything else at such short notice. I asked for a refund but have never received an apology or explanation. Will never use this place again.

I cannot recommend Lucie enough. She was our florist for our wedding in November. We were getting married far away from home so I found Lucie online and had to communicate mainly over email. She was extremely helpful and created a perfect bouquet, set of buttonholes, bridemaids bouquets and table centres pieces at reasonable prices.She really listened to exactly what we wanted and even though blue flowers were out of season she still managed to create and source flowers to make it just as we had imagined. She is extremely talented too.
