Teign House Inn
Good old pub right on the edge of Dartmoor. It has space for camping out the back and is on a bus route which is great for the start of end of a trip before you get to an area where you can wild camp (walkable to Lustleigh Cleave for those heading that way...)The real ales where great and well kept. Good cider on tap. And gluten free food options if that's what you need.The manager was lovely and let me borrow some WiFi the next morning (no mobile signal and a last minute emergency) and directed us up the hill to walk, rather than the main road.

Great pub, marvellous setting, lovely food. I'd recommend the beef rendang curry and the belly pork. With a couple of pints of otter!

Had an amazing meal at shipwrecked sea food which serve on a Wednesday evening outside teign House Inn . Excellent value for money and so much better than just normal fish and chips. Sell sustainable fish, so if you're happy to try something different you wont be disappointed.

What's not to like... Decent local pint of ale, and freshly cooked food. Particularly a fan of a Thai fish and their Masaman curry was delicious, piping hot and large in size. The muscles starter was great too. Car parking outside and traditional pub atmosphere and decoration inside. Great evening had by all!!!

Teign House Inn
Really enjoyed our visit to the Teign House Inn. The front of house was being looked after by two young guys, two of the friendliest and most positive members of staff I’ve seen in a long time and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent - great fish and chips and a fish curry, and excellent local ale topped it off. Will definitely both recommend and visit again. Thank you.
