Pretty Nails

This has to be the worst nail shop I have ever been to very rude staff and my nails fell off in just a few days. I whent back to show lady that 3 nails fell off in three days she was so rude shouting and wanted me to pay.would advise any one never use this place very very rude staff and bad quality

I used to visit this nailsalon and used to be happy with the nails. Unfortunately I would not recommend them anymore. Last monday I decided to get my nails done. Wanted them short but not too thick. The lady said all fine. She did my nails (acrylic) with gel. When I got home I realized they were uneven and very thick (my friend said the same). I called them the same day and asked if she could do anything for me, because I was very unhappy. She said no because I didn’t say so at the time. I think that’s very bad service, they won’t be seeing me anymore. I got them fixed at another salon.

i had gone there yesterday with my friend to get a full set. my friends cousin who had gone there the previous week had told me she had paid 26 for a new set with designs. i had asked the lady how much for them and she had said 45. i had only brung 27 so i ofcourse said not to worry and just do normal acrylic then paint them white. the lady then proceeded to put (which i am later made aware of) white acrylic which i thought was normal as thats what i had asked for. then i asked how much it was going to he and she had told me 25. when my nails had be finished the lady came up to me and asked for 35. i had told her, her colleague had told me 25 and thats all i had on me. then she explains how she heard her say 25 but it was a miss understanding and didnt even bother correcting her? i was furious and embarrassed as i am only 14 and only had access to the money i had on me and no other way to get the extra 10. i also live quite abit away so i couldnt just go home as that would be a nightmare and just overall inconvenient. if she had told me it was 35 when i had asked i wouldve gladly allowed her to remove them but she didnt even bother correcting her colleague and just let the events played out. i had told my mum and my family and we all agree this is unacceptable and unfair. the lady who i assume is the manager did my friends nails and had denyed doing regular white paint as its cheat and stains easily" despite my friend making it clear she only had 20 on her and she was getting £18 infils done and again like me had no way of getting an extra 10. i had also been burned with the nail drill and file multiple times. 1/5 do not recommend!"

Definitely go to the other nail bar in woodley. My gel pedicure took them about 15 minutes ( they were rushing ), no attention to detail, and it’s been 3 days and they’ve all chipped. Another lady in there refused to pay full price because of bad the finish was. Really poor salon

Terrible quality nails. I had short gel extensions done and two nails broke within one week. The staff are very rude, a man did my nails and he was unfriendly and abrupt. Any polite question I asked he would answer in a condescending manner. Would not recommend due to poor quality nails and service. I came here two years ago and had a similar experience, 5 nails broke in less than one week! I gave it another chance as I was in the area, totally regret it!! Nothing has changed. I get my nails done regularly elsewhere and my nails never break especially in the space of a week. I think they use a cheap supplier and do not care about customer care.

Rude staff who made me bleed and pulled my hands around. Spoke blatantly about me in there language and said they could do a design that they couldn't then told me it did look like what I wanted and charged me £5 extra 4a design I hated. Been 3a good few times but will not return as been a problem with same girl 2x and she's just rude

Really disappointed....wonky nails, badly painted, kept waiting even when I booked an appointment. Had previously been chuffed with nails done there.....won't be going back!!

Absolutely awful, just had my eyebrows waxed and they look terrible, she's taken half the brow off!! She was so rough with the waxing & even messed up my hair, I looked like ibeen dragged thru the bushes.....I really urge you DO NOT go here...she had the nerve to say imy uneven brow was due to my foundation!! Unprofessional, rough, & rude!! If I could I'd give I zero stars!!!!

Normally it’s very good here but this time I went to a man and he filed my extension so low that it’s been 5 days and there’s cracks on three nails. Not very happy especially after spending £40 on nails that won’t make it to week 2. I also asked for their glow in the dark powder, I was assured they were and when I got home it was not.
