Booker Peterborough

Booker looked well stocked and had everything we needed. Checkout was quick and done with a sense of humour. Couldn't ask for more, really.

The whole site is being moved around at the moment but the staff, as usual are super helpful and on hand to help you find what you are looking for. I'm sure, once complete the new layout will be better than before!

Great. Always have stock, always tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hardly any customers wearing masks no cleansing of trollies and all round dirty. Not the store it used to be. Staff friendly but needs better COVID 19 measures.

Now been revamped with more space and products. Excellent butchey department. Good local wholesalers. Easy to get to. Good parking. Store is currently undergoing a major revamp but still trading..

It was my first visit to a booker, upon entering the member of staff was super helpful and polite, told me all I needed to know etc. I then set off wondering around. Bought a few things, but they have a huge selection of stock. It's not as glamorous as a Costco but they don't need to be, booker aren't targeting that type of customer I don't think. Will be back soon with more time, more storage space at home, and more money as I'll spend a fortune!

very disappointed. keep canceling my delivery continuesly since last 2 weeks. I Can understand having staff problems because of Isolation but No Help from Management at all or Retail Devlopment Manager keep giving lollypops and lying to me that we are working on backlogs ?? Really how can you running on backlongs if you have cancelled the delivery completely ?? They are just giving priorities to Premier stores. so we are shop locally customer too. you should try to help a bit atleast rather than keep sticking to 1 sentence. Atleast if you pick up our order we can come and collect it but no Help at all... Dint Expected this kind of favouratism after being 6 yr booker customer
