Charlotte is a wonderful person who has been a great source of support and kindness since we had our puppy five years ago which changed our lives! I have really enjoyed learning how to work best with my dog by understanding how he thinks and learns for himself. Charlotte explains things carefully and is always there whenever I’ve needed help or a listening ear. I find the videos she creates incredibly helpful and by working with Charlotte I now also have access to an amazing bank of resources so that I can go back and revisit key ideas when I need to. I would highly recommend working with Charlotte - she is the best!

First Class Experience - Charlotte was just the best supporter and trainer in guiding us through those early puppy years having never had a dog before. We worked through a 12 week programme initially and continued with the learning corner to ensure we kept our training going. We now have a beautifully well trained dog that can go anywhere with us! We benefitted greatly from completing a course of the puppy classes offered by Charlotte Steele at My Happy Dog & Me. These classes were fun and informative. The whole family can take part. These classes work on the language necessary to interact with puppy, so we have a happier puppy and happy owner! Investing in these classes is a small price to pay for what you gain out of the experience! Well worth it, along with an abundance of guidance from Charlotte.
