Really happy to have the LH store just down the road from me. Their prices are great and their staff are very helpful too. The pendant lights we bought look great in the stairwell and the LED lightbulbs we bought with our downlights nearly 4 years ago are still going strong. Highly recommended!

Terrible service, very disappointed. The staff knowledge was dreadful, lights had to be ordered as they didn't have them in stock, staff member was vague about product spec, delivery times and had to keep asking him to double check on timings etc, then just before buying I checked if I could return them if we didn't like them. (we were ordering from their catalogue in-store from a tiny image so have no idea what the actual product looks like in front of us) and then turns out the staff member couldn't even confirm what the returns policy was, he then went hunting around for the printed document and placed it in front of me to read instead of checking for himself, only to find that I couldn't even have the product refunded if they weren't suitable. Staff knowledge and attention to detail was terrible, one of my worst shopping experiences. I walked out and purchased elsewhere.

Small showroom but well stocked.Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.We bought our Lounge lights from them recently. German manufacturer so we're of high quality. We even got advice regarding the correct bulbs to use.When we unpacked the lights one small item was missing. We mentioned this in passing and they ordered the part without any hassle or quibbling. They also got it sent to our home address to save a trip over to the shop.What excellent customer service...thank you
