We are a production company based in London. We had to get made and shipping containers very quickly to New York for a project we were doing out there. timings were extremely tight and although don't normally write reviews. JK Francis were amazing! They went beyond the call of duty and without them we would not have shipped everything in time, highly highly recommend and we wont be using anyone else going foward!

Needed to order a wooden shipping crate to ship a fragile and expensive clock to the USA. This company handled everything from manufacture of the crate, packing the clock (which I delivered to them) and then arranged the final shipping through, on this occasion, FedEx and at a better price than if I booked it myself. Excellent service and will certainly use again.

We needed to urgently despatch some hand sanitizers to Hong Kong which was proving extremely problematic with our usual freight forwarders. However one quick phone call to JK Francis and we were able to immediately facilitate this for our client. We were kept informed every step of the way ensuring our client received these in good time.Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys, a total *5 star experience all of the way and will definitely be using them again.

I had an occasion to use JK Francis to pack and crate up my sons set of drums plus other items to the Carribean. Their service was prompt, efficient and professional. I visited their premises and found them to be very organised, and clean with staff who were very knowledgable. All staff were very approachable demonstrating excellent customer service. My shipment arrived undamaged and all in tact. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

JK Francis & Son Ltd provided us with a stellar service. We are based in NZ and procured some used machinery from the UK that required a robust, custom crate for seafreight export. They were extremely easy to deal with remotely via email and had good communication throughout the project. They also handled the delivery to our subcontracted machinery mover in a very short lead time. We are very pleased with their service and quality of workmanship.
