Posting this review on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow you to post a review without at least one star.. but from the experience had, JD sports deserve no stars! As my friend walked in, she asked a lady by the entrance for some assistance, she said she can’t leave her post and so to ask someone else for help. Then a guy working there as a staff member said something on the lines ‘someone help the hijabi lady’ which of course is very intimidating and rude. Then a person approached her, (a male staff member) staring at her making her feel very uncomfortable and intimidated, asking her questions, he then just left her to it, going off on his phone and walked off.. no wonder there’s soo many bad reviews of this store, makes sense to be honest. Please teach basic manners to your staff and train them to deal with customers in a respectful manner because clearly, they don’t know how to

Asked for a pair of trainers, we waited 10 mins, so we asked again to be told to wait ✋️ by the same staff member.We waited another 5 mins and had to ask again for the same trainers but with a different clerk.Staff here were terrible, so it put me off buying from them, we went into Clumber St store to have no staff members at the trainers, so we gave up and took our custom elsewhere.

Very Pathetic Experience by an executive at the store.He was very rude by his speach and his actions, He didn't had any ethicates of speaking with a customer, I even had an conversation with the Store Manager, atleast he was good on his part but yet my Experience was harmed, it was not the 1st time of my visit at the store nor my 1st purchase. I would suggest people either to buy online or go to some another store.

Went to collect my online order, awful customer service staff is rude and unprofessional.

Awful, Saturday morning and wanted to try some clothes on and was told that the changing rooms are closed

Abdulahi is a worker there , he is got 100 percent customer service , such a patient worker , even when the co worker was being rude one guy close to him , he was still calm and smiling, gr8 guy,he is d best.

Went To two of the stores not impressed atall customer service very poor indeed it was exactly same at Christmas needs looking at city centre stores

They may have some good products at reasonable prices but I didn't like how I was treated. I'm disabled and I was trying to get the attention of a floor assistant, he had me going all over following him just for him to take off and serve another person, its not like he didn't know I needed help cause he spoke to me. I'll definitely think twice before I shop there again.
