The top of the top places to do your car. The service is amazing. They treat every customer like they are speacial. Working with very high pace and paying attention on every single detail. Every time when i get my car from there it's followed with a big smile on my face. If you want to be a happy customer in regarding your car - that's the place.

Visiting this place today without an appointment and managed to get 4 new tyres, balancing and tracking done at 25% cheaper than anywhere else in Doncaster. They were exceptionally fast at their job and the car now drives perfectly. I will be using this shop in future and highly recommend.

I Highly recommend the Big On Tyres company, professional friendly service, competitive prices, respect for the customer, I had 4 tires to replace and very little time because I was in a hurry to work, it was not a problem for the company, they replaced 4 tires with balancing, cleaning the rims and changing valves in only 30 minutes. Thank you. Highly recommend !!!!

Had a blowout on the way to work (see image attached) and explained to the lad that i was really strapped for time, he went above and beyond and literally had me in and out start to finish in 10 minutes with a new tyre fitted. The owner is a sound guy and always goes the extra mile.Time before this, i needed 2 new tyres, gave him a preference and within 5 minutes there was the pair i wanted delivered straight to the shop. We messaged these guys late last night after picking up a puncture on the way home. They replied on Google messenger and also on WhatsApp through their website. (I’d messaged twice hoping I’d get at least one reply but they were right on it!)They confirmed opening times and also confirmed they had a tyre in the right size.We arrived just after opening at 10am (Sunday morning) and they got right on with it! We were back on the road quickly and very pleased with the price and the service!Thanks guys!

Booked M.O.T for 11am today. Got there on time. Waited 55 mins my cars still by road still not been looked at. Enquired to see how long it going to be to get to my car. He says another hour. I said I've already waited nearly hour when my appointment was 11. So they expected me to wait 2 hours just for them to get to my car and then extra 45 mins for M.O.T. He tried making out it was my fault because my appointment was at 9am I said that not what time I booked it for, my appointment at 11am and i was on time. He like nothing I can do I have a car on ramp. Would not recommend this garage unprofessional They don't know what there doing took ages for him to even find my booking. Ask if it different models when i gave what car it is. No apologies or sorry that we overbooked. If i didn't enquire just would had me kept waiting. Poor customer service Avoid this garage.
