I love this nail shop. Staff are lovely and they always do my nails just how I want them.

I love this place. They are consistently good no matter whom you have. Service is quick and nothing was s too much trouble.

I went this week for a nail polish only because my nails were damaged I didn’t wanna do any uv light or anything because it was hurting. Outcome was terrible person who done it, was a guy and he only spend max 5 minutes and told me to sit on the drying section and didn't even come to look and it wasn't busy at all. He didn't clean the overflowed nail polish on the edges and it was a unprofessional painting with bubbles. refused to put gel top coat which my nails got ruined even more.

Very professional. The person who did my nails took their time and did a really neat job. I’m pleased with the results, they came out exactly how I wanted, thank you. I will definitely be coming back here!

I started getting my nails done here years ago when I was 15, standard acrylic, standard salon. Fast forward 18 years and a new nail system and I've found myself back here and I honestly can't complain. They've ALWAYS seen me, even as a walk in and I've never had to wait long. I went for a pedicure there on Wednesday and it is gorgeous. Always love every set I've had done here. Staff are always willing to work with my requests and availability is great, never struggled with booking appointments here either

DON’T BOTHER UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WASTE. Went here a few weeks ago for my appointment at 5:30 and didn’t leave until 8pm! They kept me waiting for a “soak off” whilst they took care of everyone else. Nails weren’t bad I can’t complain, however, I came back for a soak off and it was the same situation all over again. The staff don’t speak any English and the service is AWFUL. For something that is supposed to be a little luxury to myself ended up being two stressful situations. Safe to say I will never come back.

I use to use this place all the time before it got taken over so decided to go somewhere else, which i stayed with for many year before fancying a change so thought id try the new klassic nails, omg what a mistake !. I had a fella do my nails. He was very rushed and when i told him i cant have shellac as im allergic to it i have to have normal nail varnish , he rudely said chose a colour from there. There were hardly any colours what so ever. I think this place will soon be shellac only.When i left here i remebered he hadnt even put on a top coat so done that myself and also noticed just above my cuticle theres a ridge on some of my nails and the middle finger is uneven.Why didnt i go back you may ask well im someone that if you cant do a good job the first time you shouldnt be doing the job at all.Would not recommend this place.Would not go back

Had my nails gelled only lasted a week . Complained to Katie the manager very unhelpful. I’ve been a customer for 5 years very disappointed . As I explained to you they chipped after 7 days but working all week so could not come to show you . As a loyal long term customer I expected better customer service I’ve never complained before in the last 5 years I’ve been coming every month spending £40 + a time . I will not be returning . Absolutely rubbish service, technician could not communicate properly, rushed all the way through and was very rough. my nails look disgusting, awful and very uneven. I will be getting them off ASAP. Total waste of time and money, never going there again and will not recommend at all. REALLY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED.
