Absolutely diabolical service. Doesn't turn up at arranged times. There was no phone contact to explain why he hasn't bothered to turn up on multiple occasions, god knows how he's still in business with all these reviews... DO NOT employ this person!

Sadly, turned up a day late for the initial quote. Then didn't turn up at all the day of the job. No contact and didn't respond to message.

Not a great experience at all. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the lads who work for him are brilliant. However, it took 5 weeks to do what amounted to 3 days work. Kept letting us down and not arriving when he said he would, after being paid in full and ignoring my calls, while the whole time my garden was a building site and unusable for 5 weeks.Has to be the most shocking customer service I've ever had in my life.Such a shame when you're trying to help local businesses, although the end result is good.My advice is unfortunately, take your business elsewhere, such a shame as the lads who do the work are brilliant.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Dosn't turn up even after making several appointments. Wife works 12 Hour night shifts, She couldn't go to bed until they arrived, but they never arrive, no communication or apology, only replies with literally one word answers if he bother to get back to you in his own leasure. Totaly unreliable, no way to run a business. He should be ashamed!

Awful service my poor mother’s lounge is very dark due to the neighbours trees Mr Crabtree came round quoted then advised he would sort planning permission, he never did now Mum will have to wait till after the nesting season.

Turned up to give a quote then didn't turn up to do the work (which we had to do a lot of prep work for)Doesn't answer either phone number, does not respond to messages.Massive waste of everyone's time. Don't get what the point is in giving quotes if you don't want the work.

I've called this guy 4 times, said he would turn up.. then doesn't, rearrange. said he would turn up.. then doesn't, rearrange. said he would turn up.. then doesn't, rearrange. said he would turn up.. then doesn't, rearrange. It's annoying just reading that, think about living through it when you want to actually use this chap.

Couldn’t make the arranged time in the early afternoon, but arrived, as subsequently arranged, at 8.30am following day. Two trees pollarded to my requirements. All completed, and cleaned up, in one hour. Excellent service.
