Daughters went and had nails done and charge 30 pound with the love heart and 43 with a snow flake robing kids of there money never again will they go there

I really rarely give such bad opinion. Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience from this salon, the worst £ 27 spent on my nails, I had to take them off because they were badly made 0.5mm of space between the acrylic and the natural plate, it is dangerous for your nails !!!! The color was also not refined. Don't go there, no matter what would happen to your nails or if your manicurist didn't have a free date .. yes, I did it. Another thing is CLEAN in the salon. Is it acceptable to use the same brush files as chiselled by an earlier customer? NO! They should be decontaminated. This is not a professional service, you can catch many diseases through it. I definitely do not recommend !!!

First time visiting this salon and was greeted by a lovely lady. Nails were done amazingly and felt no rush or pressure when telling her what I wanted. Paid £30 for this set which I’m happy with. Chatted to me whilst doing my nails as well which I really liked. Definitely my new nail salon to go too!

Only nail shop i will go to, always greeted with a smile. Staff are all really friendly and professional. Thank you for my super pretty nails.

I had a full set of acrylics.. the lady said she couldn't do the design I asked for which was very basic. There's nail polish all round my nails and when I mentioned it the response I got was 'it will come off with acetone'. She painted them like I would paint a wall with a paintbrush. The acrylic is very bumpy and took her 30 minutes to do a full set.. was very rushed. Didn't feel welcome at all. I have been elsewhere, paid less and left with a better set of nails. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.

I went to 23 nail salon first and last time in my life. I never seen bumpy nails like this one. I had acrylic on all my fingers on the skin, infills been done 1,5h !! Only because I said 'that's it, no more'. Sawing the nails caused me pain like cutting with a knife, horrible. Never again !!

Me and my daughter both had acrylic nails done here, I've never had weaker nail extensions, a couple snapped off the day after when hardly touched them, the painting wasn't the best either , wouldn't go back again ,

I went for the first time after lockdown and I had shellac done on my natural nails and I was satisfied. I went for a second time and I was so happy to see my nails had grown really long, I specifically told her NOT to file or cut them short as I want to keep the length. She did not listen and filed away all my nails I had took so long to grow. I went back for a third time regrettably as I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I had shellac/French tips on my hands and 2 days later 3 nails had already chipped at snapped off. Poor quality of work I personally do not reccomend.

Avoid avoid avoid.Absolutely Shocking nail shop.I have had my nails done for many years.. I have used numerous nail shops in Birmingham and Staffordshire.After moving to the area I needed to find a new nail shop.Had my first set Christmas.*Non of the nails matched with length/shape. *The nail tech got acrylic all over me..She kept apologising saying she does not usually make this mess etc.Anyway, I Give them the benefit of the doubt and went for an infill 2 weeks laterWell where do I start....The outcome is they are just as bad, if anything worse.*Paint job is rubbish. She applied colour numerous times.*shape does not match.*took ages trying to correct herselfAnyway.....*3 days in- nails have chipped as it was not sealed.*5 days in- nail varnish is lifting off thumb.*1 week in- my nail has totally broke in half..Don't waste your time going here if you want a good job...
