We've used one of the product supplied by Cromar - Acrypol Tech Seal as it was specified in one of the contracts. Acrypol Tech Seal is distributed by Actypol Products Ltd which is owned by Cromar. The contract specified to provide a product guarantee at the end of installation from the manufacturer. I have contacted Cromar team before the installation and during installation asking if they can provide the product guarantee. For around 6 moths Cromar employees (sales representatives for London area and technical team) were not helpful at all, replying sporadically after our 100 emails / phone calls. One of the fortunate email replay was that they are working on the guarantee and it should be ready within two to three months. After the job was completed and I returned with request for product guarantee, Cromar team sent me kind email that Cromar has put Acrypol Product Limited into Liquidation. It means that there is no product guarantee. Due to this I can not fulfil the contract. I'd like to thank Cromar Team for the professionalism!!As of today Acrypol Tech Seal is still on sale with the description offering 20 years product guarantee!!!. Be aware!!
