Great business to deal with. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a Ridley frame from them a year ago and it's been the best bike I've ever owned. I've now come to upgrade it to Di2 and Oliver offered to send me the grommet set free of charge. Can't say fairer than that!

Cracking service from Paul Milnes Cycles! I myself have a Milnes All Road C Carbon Gravel bike for 2 years and it's an amazing all-rounder and I love it. Recently suberb service with out of hours response to queries then they've gone out of their way - including pro-actively calling back - to offer a mech hanger they couldn't really spare to get my buddy back on the road for his crashed bike.

I bought a new frame from Paul Milnes about 1 year ago and built up my own bike. There was good support before buying the frame, during the purchase and post purchase. Very knowledgeable, helpful & quick to reply. I was desperate for a 5 bolt inner chainring for my 23 year old pinarello, and had no success anywhere else.I found Paul Milnes, who verified theirs were original, and that the factory had stopped making them, so I bought 2, and they even arrived the very next day, superb. Will definitely return next time before my dedicated others. Thankyou.

Had a few issues with sourcing a 165mm crankset for a CX bike. Oliver was trememdously helpful, patient and knowledgeable in finding me something suitable and helping with ironing out some pretty rare compatability issues with the BB spacing. Very much appreciated!!
