Hands on is great. It’s easy and convenient book online. I had physio for my knee. Very thorough and knowledgeable Anoop saw me for 3 sessions. He was kind and considerate throughout. And offered follow up if I felt I needed it at a later stage.

Fantastic deep tissue massage with Ru, she listened to me and my body and gave me a brilliant treatment, finding spots I didn’t even know needed working on. I have been going to Alistair for several years with various problems including significant lower back pain, hip flexer pain resulting from a fall and a calf muscle torn whilst playing tennis. The lower back and hip flexer issues greatly inhibited my movement to the extent that I couldn’t bend at one point and had difficulty turning over in and getting out of my bed! Alistair’s treatments, involving manual manipulation, acupuncture, massage and exercises, have worked wonders in quickly and virtually eliminating the back and hip pain, vastly improving my flexibility and making me feel a whole lot better. I’m now back playing tennis three times a week and moving well without pain. Alistair is an outstanding osteopath and physiotherapist. He adopts a holistic approach to any problem, provides very clear explanations of the issues and treatments, including videos of any exercise ‘homework’ and uses a range of techniques. Cheltenham is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, skilful and talented osteopath and physical wellness practitioner.

My first experience of Hands on physical therapy was with Mr Anoop. He is very kind and helpful physiotherapist and understands the patient’s problems very nicely and also studies the root cause of the problem in-depth and treat them properly. I definitely would recommend Mr. Anoop. 5/5 service.

Fantastic experience. Went to see Alistair for some recurring back pain issues and immediately diagnosed some things to work on. Felt listened to, understood and the holistic approach worked well for me. I'm now more confident in my mobility and have a better understanding of what my body is capable of and what I need to do to make things better.

I saw Raghda about right sided lateral hip pain after spending 4 years carrying a toddler around on my left hip (I had 2 children with a 2 year age gap between them). She was extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I felt comfortable in the treatment room and she was easily able to put me at ease and soon identified the problem. I have seen Ru twice so far for terrible pain and tension in my neck/traps and shoulder. I originally came for a deep tissue massage, I haven't had one for some time and thought it would be relaxing and might help my shoulder. Ru identified it was actually coming from huge tension and knots in my neck. As she is also an osteopath I got 2 for the price of 1 as she gave me a deep tissue massage and cracked my neck and back. On the second session she noticed I was struggling with my emotions, so put on a meditation while she worked on my neck, to help me release the emotions I was holding on to. Ru is more than just an osteopath and massage specialist. She really sees the body as a whole and offered me such kindness, in away that I felt very supported and held.
