Tried to return an item one of the staff was so rude by the way she was talking you could tell she didn’t want to be there or even talk to anyone and come across as lazy I think she was either a supervisor or manager definitely not happy with my customer service

Their selection of clothing is limited because it's a tiny shop. If you are size 16 or above don't bother going there use their website instead.

Great store but chelmsley wood branch is too small so not much choice and some clothes are ripped by people trying them on and not being able to get into them. Friendly staff and clean store.

Clean, bright and tidy store. Cloths all hung up neatly. Staff friendly. Bit crampt in some places but is only a small shop.

There's not much room between the clothes racks. Very uncomfortable! But staff are very good.
