As someone who never had such experience before, I had an exceptional experience at your assessment centre, largely due to Mike. His clear and simple explanations made the process much easier for me to understand. He explained everything that was going to happen in detail, helping me feel at ease throughout the assessment.His friendly and approachable manner made a significant difference, turning what could be an intimidating experience into a positive one.I would definitely recommend your centre to others, especially Mike, for his professionalism and empathetic approach.

I've had a full needs assessment and now a review here too. Both times I found the experience really positive. The Assessor was friendly, warm and immediately put me at ease. The assessment itself was thorough, informative and very much centered on me with my very individual needs. I would highly recommend Yorlinc to any student looking for an excellent bespoke service.

They were very helpful. Martha who was on virtual call was amazing. She described information so clearly and immensely. She was a kind, helpful and informative person. The centre communication was quick and efficient. They gave permission to fit in appointment with mutual agreement, especially since my working schedule is a little awkward. They are very effective and helpful

Would just like to say that I was treated with kindness, respect and became totally at ease even when I felt like I was struggling and getting muddled, everything was explained perfectly and was so happy when he said it will all be put in writing so I didn't need to panic if I forgot what was said and shown, thank you so much.
