Visited the Eton store to get idea of what can be done to set up home cinema system at my place. I was met by a very helpful specialist (Tony) who booked an appointment to visit my place. This all followed up with suggestions, prompt quote, delivery. Tony went beyond normal customer service to assist me with this. I guess when it comes to customer service, staff at Richer Sounds are class apart. Best price and service, all at once place!

Very disappointed in the incompetent service received. Drove all the way from Uxbridge to look at a television I was assured was on display since I emailed beforehand stating the correct model in the subject bar as well as a link to the TV in the email.As a result, they've lost a potential £2k sale.

Excellent service and lots of products on display and in stock at this branch. Every staff is knowledgeable and friendly. James and Zak recently spent a lot of time with me explaining the difference between the two main multi-room audio solutions (Sonos vs heos).

Very friendly and professional staff, big variety of different products to choose from. The test room can be arranged to hear anything in store, and you can bring your own gear to hook it with. I think with top customer service and very competitive prices RS is the best UK shop to buy Hifi from

So refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely is 5 star when it comes to customer care.I ordered a sonos sound bar from them last month. I dealt with Steven and he was extremely helpful, he was patient with me too after I shopped around and enquired about a price match. He honoured it and ensured the payment went smoothly too, he even followed up with a courtesy call as the payment was done partly on the phone then on a weblink.If Richer Sounds Eton stock anything I require I will most definitely be buying from them simply because of this first time experience.
