Very noisy and far from school. Also expensive

Great Studio room for a university student.Clean and tidy on arrival.Sparsely furnished but IKEA is close by.Friendly atmosphere

A nice accommodation for University of Leeds students. The rooms are a good size and some of the blocks are recently renovated.The location is not ideal being far away from the city centre and campus but there are good transport routes on the main road.

Great student accommodation, well lit and safe, be careful when parking as sneaky PNC camera s can land you with a £100 parking fine

Gorgeous trail let down only by the occasional graffiti.

Excellent student accomodation. Great lounge and amenities. Definitely recommend.

Great place to leave your 18 year old

Rooms are en-suit, decent sized and bed is very comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and the block is very fun.

OK as student accommodation goes but tendency to be a little damp ... may just have been the individual flat. 40 mins walk to the uni

Racism at James Baillie.Yes, I experienced racism here and I had to change my accommodation.A posh private school boy (who was white) made a racist remark about me one second after I had left the hallway. Despite me being nice to him, and even inviting him to football literally one minute before hand. My flat mate responded to that comment with another racist comment about me.I reported this to the university , however nothing could be done as they colluded together and lied about everything. Full respect to the warden for her support but she could not do anything.99% of people here are middle class white kids. Of course, there is good and bad in all groups, but it is the least diverse uni accom in Leeds. I hope no one else experiences racism here...
