Such a good idea. I needed a gazebo for an event and was so happy to come across Borrow Don't Buy. It was easy to browse & reserve what I needed online. Pick-up was clearly communicated, simple. Drop-off was a breeze. So much better than buying and storing a gazebo for one-time use! Will definitely look to them again.

Hired a carpet cleaner and from the start of the conversation with Borrow Don't Buy to returning the items the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is OUTSTANDING. Wish other organisations were as helpful and informative...the hire was also great arrived and returned it clean it did the job. Such great value...Quaker House chairs and carpets are cleaner as a result and as a staff member I am grateful for the can do attitude of the organisation.

Easy to join, easy system to navigate. Friendly staff at the door. Borrowed a shredder and a projector so far. Will definitely be borrowing more items. Great initiative.
