Being a first time buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect. I Dealt with Jason and Nylah, with the purchase of our new home. The service I was offered was excellent.Nylah, went above and beyond, at every stage to make sure my family and I got our dream home. Her advice was always clear and she worked really hard to push our exchange through. I am afraid how nicely they played with me. Created very miserable process after paid the deposit and they are not people of their words. Every employee talk different on same case. Not a co-operative neither supportive.

The worst estate agents I have ever found. I cleared everything at the beginning and they are okay with that after I paid deposit,they changed their words and it took 2 months to get a final response from them after keep calling, emailing and physically been there.they are very rude at the office as well. Didn't deserved even one star. All I can say is, NEVER AGAIN

It was really easy with dealing with the team at Checkmate Estates. The team were friendly, professional and always kept me up to date with progress. Any terminology that I didn't understand was always explained without me feeling uncomfortable. Ridiculous service from their end, when it comes to money they being nice to you after it's really such a nightmare. Not co-operative either trustworthy. The letting process was made so complicated with them and always being rude when asking about the query entire process will be giving me nightmare for years.
