Used the web site to order a set of replacement batteries for our UPS. Website easy to navigate and found the right batteries, email confirmation within moments of placing the order. They arrived next working day. This is how online purchases should work but often they don't. So 5/5 for making the chore of sorting out our UPS as easy as it should be.

Needed replacement battery for older model HP UPS. These guys advised what I needed. I also requested if it could be sent out for next day delivery even though it was after the 15:00hrs cutoff..... they said they’d try. Batteries arrived the very next morning. I fitted them straight away and now I’m up and running again.... in 16 hours of placing the order. Amazing. Definitely recommended

Excellent service. Ordered a battery very early in the morning and it arrived the next day. Their range of Motobatt AGM batteries is top quality. I now have their battery in my second vehicle too. The first one I bought a year ago and it is working great, where previously I used a standard lead acid Yuasa, which only lasted a little over a year.

Exactly what I wanted at a competitive price, including a very quick delivery. The two Yuasa NP18-12B batteries fitted my PC UPS perfectly and everything is up and running again.Would definitely use Hardware Express again.

Great technical advice and top quality customer service. I bought an AGM battery from HE several years ago, I recently completely discharged the battery and subsequently sought advice from HE. Free of charge they reconditioned the battery and provided a report on its condition saving me the cost of a replacement (circ. £170). HE weren't the cheapest when I bought the battery but their advice and customer service is first rate - very pleased that I bought my battery from them. Good to support a local business.

Bought two batteries for the house alarm and a recharger. Website had useful info and on posting them an email question they responded the next day. Transaction was easy and packaging was done well. All is good and will be happy to use again.

Battery was an exact match for a motorcade golf trolly. The original battery is no longer made and this was half the price sold elsewhere.The battery was delivered within 2 days at no additional charge to the basic delivery charge.Very pleased and would use again
