Ross and his team completed an excellent bathroom renovation for my wife and I. Not only does the bathroom look great but his customer service throughout was brilliant. We were kept up to date throughout the job, he and his team were considerate whilst working for our personal circumstances plus looked after the house and always cleaned up every evening. I felt very comfortable having Ross work in my house and he made several supporting decisions to help us achieve the bathroom we wanted. Ross had a great attention to detail and always looked to create the best result for us. Highly Recommend, thanks guys!

JillieAfter accepting a quote from RW Plumbing UK for the refurbishment of our en-suite shower room and turning down other suitable tradesmen, we got three short notice cancellations on the start date claiming a bad back and a heavy work load. Seven weeks after the quote and only because we contacted him he told us he would not be able to do the job.If your company doesn’t want the work Ross don’t quote for the job.

RW Plumbing delivered a great job for us found them via a google search fitted and tiled bathrooms and fitted our kitchen. worked with us to resolve may issues we had. Highly recommended

Very pleased with Ross. Good communicator, considerate, project managed lots of trades on a kitchen refit which including knocking down an internal wall and new RSJ. Very reasonable, and tidy - would definitely recommend.

Avoid or you will pay double!!!!Ross was enlisted to install a wet-room for my disabled father. After it was fitted there was a problem with the flooring. A puddle of water would remain after using the shower making it unsafe and unfit the the purpose of a disabled wet-room. Ross was contact serval times which he said he would come back but no show, then would stop taking my calls as he recognised the number. He would only answer when I used a phone number he hasn’t got.Utter let down, costing me more money to rectify.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Employed Ross for Bathroom refurb. Job started well and Ross seemed very accommodating with good attention to detail. But when got near to completion felt things started to get rushed. Then after job completed shower door started leaking and when looked closer noticed some errors had been made on the installation. Contacted Ross and he promised to come fix it and was not a big job. But 5 months later still not resolved and would not answer calls only communicated via WhatsApp. When my patience ran out and I started to complain his attitude changed and now he has cut me dead with no intention of fixing it. As said on other review Ross is fine till something goes wrong then does not want to know.

Ross and the team have completely transformed my bathroom. I have had a complete bathroom renovation including stripping out an old shower room and fitting a modern bathroom suite with tiling. Ross was fantastic, his knowledge and expertise was second to none and really helped with the design to ensure that it was functional and exactly how I wanted the end result to be.Ste did a great job with fitting and tiling the bathroom, and was very tidy. Ross has been very responsive and punctual.Thank you again! I would definitely recommend ⭐️

Fabulous! Until something goes wrong and then he doesn’t want to address the problem. Worst still, he will arrange a time to come back and then he’s a no show. You call to see where he is and surprise surprise, he doesn’t want to take your call.Save yourself time and money, book someone else for your work.

Ross and his team were faultless. Thorough, clean, tidy, and a pleasure to have working on our bathroom. Ross' opinion on any problems or adjustments was always considered and very helpful, and the job has been finished to an excellent standard and exactly when expected. We'll be using them again and I have no hesitation in recommending RW Plumbing to others.

Neat work from the team, very clean workers, that genuinely only use the best materials.I had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted along with a full central heating system, they were attentive & competitively priced.Keep up the good work! I'll definitely recommend again :)
