Advertising 7 Day Availability for test drives, But not on the Sunday we visited although to be fair all the MG's we looked at had all the information on the vehicle unlike the Great Yarmouth Hammond's which have a bar code to download for details. My opinion on GT.Yarmouth if it can't be bothered to put the info on the vehicle I can't be bothered to enquire.

Painless as MOTs and servicing a car can be. Quick and even had a coffee while we waited. All staff polite and friendly. Still miss the teddies they used to give out as far as I'm concerned too many teddies are only just enough!!!

The work that was needed was completed under warranty. Unfortunately what should have took a day ended up taking a week which was inconvenient. Would have been a nice gesture of good will if the car could of been cleaned in this time.

My Dad always told me to never trust a car salesman however Carl has proven him wrong. From the moment we met he put me at ease and made sure i got the best deal possible. MG 4 booked in for intermittent issue with the automatic door lock/unlock pack. Prompt professional and efficient fault diagnosis, new part ordered and fitted. Was impressed with the service department, ready assistance from Simon Hayes made us feel valued as customers.We also had some parts sourced for the MG with assistance from the sales dept, Leigh COOMBES, impressive, friendly service - went above and beyond to solve the issues.This is a family business which successfully majors on customer service - we have no hesitation in recommending this garage, outstanding service.
