Meh. Tables unclean, had to clear ourselves. No antibac hand gel available to clean hands after moving other customers finished napkins, stirrers, plates and cups.

Usual high standard of coffee unfortunately I haven't given it a 5 star visit as the wait time wasnt good although this probably had a lot to do with the high customer levels and being a school holidays

Some how they managed to loose one of the food items. A couple of the servers were touching their hair every few seconds while also handling food. Service was very slow

Replaced my ancient green 16oz travel mug with a 16oz black one - there was no other choice in the shop and nothing online either. My green one is keeping a drink hot for 2-3 hours (originally 8 hours) due to the lid now allowing the heat to escape. The new shiny fabulous black one, at an eye watering price of £20, is managing a maximum of 3 hours. I can't really say I'm surprised given how lightweight (compared to my green one) it is and the relatively poor quality lid that it has.I have only used the black one 4 times - it is dreadful! You've lost yourselves a customer due to your extortionate pricing for inferior product.

Nice coffee, good service, dry, thin slice of cake was not fresh. £10.45 for two lattes plus the cake, coffee beans flown in on private jets? Must admit this is why I rarely visit. I have a coffee machine which costs around 21 pence a cup and is therefore better value. Another plus is I don't have cake long enough for it to get stale.

One of the more pleasant Starbucks I've been too. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were lovely and when the drink was wrong they were so pleasant and helpful about it. Would definitely go back

Appalling attitude from Sophie who is apparently a supervisor. Very unprofessional and comes across as rude. Could definitely benefit from customer service training.

Always welcoming. Shop is always clean and tidy. Drinks always made correctly. One of the better Starbucks in the area

Wouldn't waste your time the one in sainsbury's is way better and the staff have better customer service
