We used Scratby taxis multiple times over a weekend and had the same driver each time (Sarah). We can't recommend highly enough - she arrived promptly, was very friendly and was a fountain of local knowledge and recommendations of the best places to go. We recommended scratby/Sarah to other friends over the weekend and will definitely be booking with them again when we're next in the area!

A really good airport pickup.They were happy to wait while we cleared passport/ baggage, very. Friendly , polite and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. You should use them for local and airport runs.

Called this afternoon at 5.30 asking for a taxi only local, told rudely this was a bit late to leave it by the man on the phone. Immediately thought service was rude, then decided to not go for a taxi with them and polity said not to worry we won’t get a taxi thanks to be told ‘BUGGER OFF THEN’ disgusting customer service should be ashamed, completely unprofessional and will not recommend not use again.

A lovely driver picked my daughter and I up today. She arrived quickly, drove smoothly (no haring it about like a racecar driver which I hate) and was brilliant with my little girl. Clean, spacious cab. Much appreciated, thank you!
