If you are thinking of booking Lee and his team for a function, do it! The term BBQ & Grill really doesn't do it justice.The team was so dedicated and couldn't have been more accommodating, their food was delicious with something for everyone. I didn't know they had made the cheesecakes, WOW! Such a selection and so tasty.Lee, your dedication in producing the best smoked, grilled meat is second to none!

Just spent a weekend of wedding festivities with Big Lee. He was the next best thing after the bride, groom & gin bar! His meat was amazing - the best cooked beef and pork we’ve ever had and he worked his socks off all day and night. An absolute master in his trade and highly recommend.

Big Lee catered at our Wedding Festival this weekend just gone (15-17th Sep 2023). From start to finish his food was out of this world! From Friday nights BBQ of ribs, burgers, hot dogs, to bacon baps Saturday morning, our wedding breakfast of antipasti starter, beef brisket, pork belly burnt ends and a selection of BBQ sides, an array of cheesecakes and finally a hog roast for our evening food!! Each course was perfection! Thank you so much for making our wedding day festival food the best. We can't thank you enough!!

Big Lee’s Beef Brisket literally melted in the mouth, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside! Big Lee worked tirelessly throughout the weekend to cook for a wedding party that was very demanding and threw in some bacon sarnies for breakfast too. Sooooooo gooooooood!

The most delicious piece of meat I have ever had. The team spent hours working hard to present the most perfect wedding meal. Even when going to bed at 1am, Big Lee sat with the meat throughout the night to ensure the food was cooked to perfection!

If you thought your Barbie needed Ken, you’d be wrong. What your barbie really needs is Big Lee. I had the great fortune of attending a wedding at Hadsham Farm this weekend where Big Lee was working his magic. I’m pretty sure he was awake and either tending to his massive smoker or the grill for the entire 36hrs+ I was on site! This relentless dedication resulted in the finest beef brisket I have ever tasted.
