DO NOT USETerrible company who state they have a returns policy for online orders but then refuse to respond to correspondence. Ordered an item which stated one size on the web and then when it arrived it was a smaller size. Will be filing an official complaint against this business

Huge and fantastic shop, amazing variety and good prices. The lady running it is absolutely lovely and very helpful. I would encourage people to visit small businesses before they disappear for the sake of big online retailers.

this store has every costume imaginable and is reasonable priced. The sisters who run this shop were very polite, super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend for all fancy dress you need :)

I have found everything what i looking forward. We bought a lots of costumes this shop for Christmas party at office.They helped us to choose and try to costumes as well. Great place for any party and events.

Disgusting, they sent me wrong items, I was told by Stefani that I would get full refund including postage, I promptly returned the items in the original box by recorded delivery, the post office returned the items to me stating that Carnival Store refused to take the items back?. I am disgusted, they are dishonest, by refusing to to take back items I don’t get a refund? Very clever and very dishonest.
