They were the arrival point for my two cats' journey from Italy to the UK, I found people who love animals and care for them. Very kind and helpful. Really good experience.

The arrival point of our cats into the UK From the US. We have a pair of very nervous rescues and the fact that they acclimatised so well after such a long journey suggests they were well cared for whilst being cleared through customs. The staff were sympathetic to both owners and animals, so definitely get five stars from us.

Staff on arrival were friendly but would have liked more updates re my dogs travel and was annoyed I had to pay to leave the crate at the centre when they charge everyone to make a new one when mine should have been reused - seems extremely inefficient and unnecessary money making exercise.

I flew my dog from Tampa to Gatwick and the folks at Animal Aircare were exceptional. They were the reason I wasn't as worried as I expected to be. They were fantastic with Freddie my black lab and he came trotting out like he'd been on vacation. They also did my customs paperwork for me and gave me lots of helpful advice on getting the million little things that needed doing sorted. I can't recommend them enough.

Easy to find. Helpful staff. Clean toilets inside reception. Animals well looked after while waiting to be cleared.

Very friendly staff that reassured me my dogs were safe and well after their flight. Clear explanation on next steps until my dogs were allowed out. Only comment is that if I didn't have GPS or looked the address up on Google before travelling, I probably would not have found it as no signs from Airport Terminal to Animal Reception specifically.

This organisation is a law unto itself. This morning I sent off a dog to a friend. I met with the agent and put him into the shipping crate provided for the dog based on the measurements we provided. (I have now seen photos of the measurement and the approach to measurement is absolutely incorrect and we have been shafted). He went into the crate and straight away turned around and came straight out again...hence he was quite capable of turning around in the crate (a general rule of thumb for the fit of the crate). On the second attempt he went in and curled up at the back of the crate making himself comfortable. He took up no more than a third of the crate. I remarked to the agent that I hoped there won't be too much turbulence because there was a lot of room for him to be thrown around. Then I said my good byes and headed home only to be contacted over an hour later to say this organisation had turned the dog back because bizarrely, the crate was too small.£1000 later we managed to get the dog back on the flight...this looks like the old fashioned cash grab at work, make a bit more money when sales are down.The icing on the cake was when I called the office for an explanation the woman I spoke to hung up on me halfway through the conversation.These people are also making up the rules for themselves as they go along. Although the crate used was an IATA recommended crate the agents are now expected to add extra mesh although the holes in all the mesh on the crate as manufactured is so small that an adult dog could not get a paw or muzzle stuck if they tried.These organisations that are monopolies feel they can do what they want ... Arc were super responsive to my emails and provided me with reassuring advice and support in terms of shipping my dog back to the UK from Canada. It all went really smoothly from start to finish .When my dog arrived at ARC they looked after him so well. He was let out of his flight kennel to stretch his legs and transferred to a more comfortable kennel with a bed whilst he was waiting for us to collect him. All the staff at ARC were really helpful and super caring of the animals coming through. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thank you ARC .
