We were very pleased with the consitent effort and support to achieve a sale despite uncertainties due to the covid-19 lockdown.

An appalling experience involving what appears to be Irrefutable evidence of withholding received information pertinent to a sale. Failure to act in the sellers best interests, plus failure to act in accordance with the firms complaints policy.

It's definitely true that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences to go through and whilst we have moved several times previously, I would have to say that our experience with Strutt & Parker in Sevenoaks was outstanding.It would be unfair to pick out a single individual as the whole team at the Sevenoaks Branch were always enthusiastic from the initial viewing through to handing over the keys - nothing ever seemed too much trouble.Strutt & Parker not only marketed our property but their team of 'ladies' showed all potential purchasers around with enthusiasm and knowledge (having taken the time to make notes and understand the vagaries of our property beforehand).We cannot recommend Strutt & Parker highly enough and if you are thinking of putting your property on the market look no further than Andrew and his team.

As a buyer, we were very disappointed with the communication from Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks branch. Would give zero stars if possible.

We found Strutt & Parker, Sevenoaks, to be proactive, communicative, and effective, as our house sold quickly in a difficult market. Our estate agent was clearly very knowledgeable, and the photography and particulars for our property were professional and flagged all its strengths without over-promising. Our agent was quick to get in touch, thoughtful in helping us assess offers, and was caring and good spirited about the inevitable bumps along the road. It was a positive, supportive experience, and we would be happy to recommend Strutt & Parker to others.

Strutt & Parker took on our property, initially on a joint agency basis, but then on sole agency. They successfully secured a sale for us and then managed the dialogue between vendor, purchaser and both solicitors. Laura Jarvis was our lead contact at Strutt and acted with absolute professionalism at all times, acting diligently and skilfully during negotiations and then onto completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Laura and the team in the Sevenoaks office.
