I have had to take my car back to GT Motors 4 times to solve one issue with my car. They do not take time to diagnose issues properly, just have a quick look and use a trial and error approach to try and solve it. Each time they bill the client for parts and labour. I will never be going back to them and will find a mechanic who actually does what you ask them to do which is fix a problem. My car is still not fixed and actually they have introduced additional problems. They are now ignoring my request for a refund for changing parts which did not need to be changed.

Very friendly mechanics, I live around the corner and they always help me out when I need something fixing or MOT. Although they get busy, it’s always usually the same day too. A fast and reliable service.

Just got my MOT done. Quick. Efficient. Fairly priced. Can not complain. Communication was on point & even was willing to reschedule same day after I had an issue making the prior booking. Will definitely use them again.
