As a first time renter I was a little apprehensive about the procedures as to how to approach the market. Andrea and her team guided me through the whole process from beginning to end and kept me informed at all times throughout the whole procedure. I felt valued as a customer and nothing was too much trouble, even for what I considered to be trivial questions, Andrea took the time to research the answer and come back to me with an answer in very quick time. The whole process was a pleasure and I feel confident for the future now that the rental has been agreed and that Andrea will be looking after me in the future. Thank you so much and I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and especially Andrea and her time to any prospective tenants. Appalling, rude , condescending...promises the earth and as soon as you sign they could not care less. Worst Estate Agent i have ever used , having sold 22 properties in 4 years i have never been so agast at the unprofessional approach of this office

We were not told when our buyer had lost her buyer so we could put the house back on the market. Red tape after red tape I was being told, after she said she wanted to be in Christmas 2022.It felt like Your Move were working for our buyer and not for us, it’s been over a year to exchange.I said I wanted to complain and ask how I go about it and I haven’t had a reply.I will not be recommending Your Move.

Fantastic service and support from Andrea, who went above and beyond to complete our sale within our timescales whilst remaining professional, friendly and calm whilst dealing with other parties involved who were not as efficient. Jane made me feel that applying for a mortgage and working out affordability wasn’t a daunting process and gave me the confidence to make decisions and move forward continuously support me with any queries I had.My sale has been an extremely unpredictable and challenging I cannot thank Tom and Andrea enough for their support and honesty.
