When in to get family antique jewellery looked at that I had for a while. staff member called violet was the sweetest person and was so helpful she was very sincere. Amazing experience

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could.My partner has been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now. Staff have been so rude, not listening and constantly speaking over and have no manors at all. It's not like it's £20, it's a lot of money and the respect they show customers is disgusting. Will never shop here againWorst customer service ever experienced

Great pawn shop with ok gold prices and good to buy from but if you pawn it os very expensive and it's 1000% plus ape interest rate for 6 month so yes similar charges to loan sharks bit you can pawn your gold and other stuff.Great staff in shopping and are helpfull

Avoid this store at all costs! I got a ring from here for £100 I had it valued at a different shop and they told me it's not real! This store is a RIP off and fraudulent!

If I could I'd give them 0 stars, DISCRIMINATION!!! didn't want to pawn my sisters gold earrings because she didn't speak English and when I pawned it slovak girl that works there was talking bad things about us when she found out we understand what she is saying she started arguing with us. CALLED US DIRTY NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS for no reason. I don't recommend!!!! WORST WORKER IN THE PAWN SHOP IN BRADFORD!!!!!! SHE isn't kind and is not helping in any way!!!

Took a gold Rotery watch case in and tolg the main body was not gold, the back was hallmarked, so he couldn't claim that was not gold, took it somewhere else and it is all gold.
