Arrived on time diagnosed the fault in minutes returned a reasonable quote, returned as agreed again on time carried out the install of 2 new zone valves, tidied up and left in working order. Very efficient will recommend and use again

We have received excellent service from this company in recent weeks, first with an emergency evening callout to restore electricity, then with a full NIEC check, fitting of new consumer unit and various remedial works. In the same period they came to service the gas boiler and when unfortunately it had to be condemned, discussed options for a new one and provided us with a quotation within a few days. All the five staff we have dealt with, on the phone and/or in person, have been friendly, respectful and courteous.

I woke up to a flood last Friday which was coming from a failed flexible pipe behind the hot water tank. I turned off the mains supply to the house and telephoned ADheat Ltd and explained the problem to them and they told me that they could replace the defective part that afternoon. True to their word two heating engineers arrived just after 3.00pm and carried out the repair satisfactorily. I received a invoice for the work later on in the week which I duly paid.I was impressed with the cost, quality and speed of the repair.I would recommend ADheat Ltd for any plumbing works and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a boiler cut out issue and a water leak due to the cold snap. ADHeat helped diagnose the issue quickly and throughly with little fuss.Before I used them I had contacted at least 5-6 other plumbers and they all seem to either give long lead times or just forget" to respond to you.For me the best service came from their communication

Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. These guys not only deliver an excellent, highly efficient, fair costing plumbing service but their customer care is possibly the best I've encountered and that's saying something as I am a picky customer! They have consistently (and that's the key) delivered over a period of time an excellent service and whenever I've had a question or needed help they have gone above and beyond to deliver both the best physical plumbing service and virtual customer service. I highly recommend.

I used this company recently and found the engineers and the staff to be highly competent, friendly and professional. The work they did for me - boiler service, gas safety certificate, toilet seat fitting and sink pop-up waste replacement - was all of a very good quality. Would recommend!
