Made appointment, turned up to be told they are having dinner and to call back in half an hour after driving 9 miles especially. Awful service.

Booked an appointment with an offer to get a discount, they called me two days before the appointment to say they were no longer going to honour it because a mistake had been made by the person taking the booking. No negotiation, cancelled and had to find another appointment elsewhere. Would not use again.
