Absolutely amazing experience. Explained how scared my son was of having his haircut and that our intention was for him to get used to her. She took her time to gain his trust and let him be in complete control. He had a full haircut even telling her he wanted it shorter. He already can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much, highly recommend

Can't recommend this place enough for your children's hair cuts. My little boy has found haircuts really traumatic since lockdown and these guys made it look easy. He loved getting to sit in a car and watch a dvd. Rachel kept using different diversion tactics to keep him amused. I'm not sure he even realised he was having his haircut!!

Sophie was absolutely amazing, my 4 year old boy who has sensitivity to certain things has always cried at his appointments until today!Was an amazing experience he loved it , she fit us in without an appointment as I explained his needs.Will be making him come here from now.Thank you

Double booked appointment. Luckily I had a nice lady who allowed me to go first with both my boys (4&2 year olds).The focus seemed to be more on how many haircuts you can fit in rather than being treated like a paying customer.The car was full of hair from all the previous haircuts. No one cleaned up between cuts. The boys ended up with more hair in their clothes, shoes and faces than when they went in. Pretty disgusting. They rubbed their hands in their mouths as the youngest is 2 and got hair in the mouth. No wet wipes were available.The toilet is on the top floor up windy stairs so taking the little one up there is a dangerous task.Overall it’s the second time I’ve been there and the business model needs to change. You can’t book a customer every 10 minutes, not clean in between and then have double bookings. A bit of a mess in every sense. Very disappointed as a few people had recommended this place to me.

Brilliant hairdressers for little ones. Took my 2 year old for his first haircut, he managed to sit still and looked great after, no more wonky mum cut. He was able to watch a boy ahead of him to see what was done. Beautiful set up with TV and toys to help make them feel comfortable.

My daughter loved it. The stylists are very friendly and professional. Perfect job cutting her hair and when she found out they have a pamper area she wanted her nails painted. The pamper roof is very clean. Enough room for a little party for a birthday party which we will be having for her next birthday.

Always so friendly and understanding. My son often cries the entire time he has his hair cut (not because of the stylist just because he's quite an anxious boy) and no matter who we've seen they have been such pro's and still been able to give us incredible results. The cute little cars for toddlers to sit in are so fun and the TV being on is a nice distraction.

If anyone’s looking for a good hairdressers little snipperz is the one, the ladies working there are so lovely and make you feel welcome and not just that but everytime I take my son for his hair cut they make him smile and always interact with he loves it in the car playing with the toys they put tv on and everything so he can’t not get bored lol, he even gets a sticker for being so good, been quite a few times now and won’t go anywhere else!xx
