Nice welcome at reception and Kelly was lovely. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for the haircut which I was extrémely happy with. I will definitely be back.

I had Amy (colour technician) & Kelly (hair loss specialist) sort my over-treated hair, which hadn't been touched in 4 months, and they were both brilliant. It was busy in the salon but they still paid attention and didn't get distracted or chat to other people like in a lot of places. I was going to knock off a star for the fact that I think it's massively expensive, but I haven't been anywhere else in years so maybe it's comparable, and the advice and results are worth every penny. Highly recommended.

The staff are lovely and kind but also my stylist Simon knows exactly what I need and want.it’s a really good salon , I’m very lucky to have found it.

Right from the moment I walk through the door I feel like a valued customer. All the staff provide an excellent service and are very friendly.

I don’t come back anymore. They have damaged my hair. They don’t use any products after highlight so was left without it as there was no time for it. Was told my highlights gonna take about 2 hours, was there 4 hours and not happy at all. The girl that did it must have been doing it for first time. When I was there before it was lovely and was happy with it but now terrible. Sorry but I am not coming back. Some of the girls are a bit rude as well. So good luck Tommy and Guy x

I went here today as my usual hair dressers wasn’t open today. I had a half head of highlights. Lovely colour and can’t complain. The girl who did my highlights was lovely and she did a good job. However I then had a wash and blow dry, the girl who dried my hair did a quite frankly terrible job. It was so fuzzy, it was still wet underneath and parts of my hair underneath dried curly. When I asked her to straighten it as I really was not happy with how it was styled she straightened around my face and nowhere else. I actually tied my hair up into a bun as soon as I left as the blow dry was so bad. There was no care taken, no serums or heat protection used either. Take out the colour, I entered the hair dressers with better hair than I did walking out
